Installation Directions

To ensure rack is securely attached, check to make sure pumps are suctioned  until no orange is showing. If suction is not achieved, pull suction cups off van, clean van and suction cups, apply Seasucker or other rubber and van paint safe lubricant, and then push rack/suction cups firmly against van while pumping suction.

If the suction indicators continue to remain orange, the fittings on each end may need be loosened so they will rotate until they align better with the slope of the van side, then tightened while pushing the rack firmly against the side of the van. Doing this when first installing the suction bracket will also help align the pads parallel to the side of the van.

To ensure the rack remains securely attached to van, check suction and other fittings when fueling, or making other stops while traveling.

Removal

Loosen top bracket set screw, loosen suction cups, then gently pull rack off van. The two roof fittings can remain until the rack is used again unless the owner prefers to also remove those.
